PRODUCTS
I aim to release new products every 2-3 weeks, but the exact schedule is posted on social media when it is confirmed. Follow us on Instagram @wontoninamillion, join our Facebook group, or sign up for our newsletter to be updated when new releases go live!
Sometimes! You can sign up to be notified via email when the product you'd like gets restocked on the product listing. Also, feel free to share which items you are hoping will get restocked with me in our Facebook group or on Instagram @wontoninamillion and I'll keep that in mind for any reorders we have planned!
Check out our list ofretail partners for other places you can find our products. Note that retail partners each choose what they wish to carry, so their collections will feature a subset of what's on our website. They may also sometimes carry exclusive products in their stores! ;)
ORDERS
We always try to ship orders out from Wonton HQ as soon as we can, but our current estimated processing time is always listed in our site header - typically this is 3-7 business days from when we receive your order! This is the time it takes our small but mighty team to pick and pack your order to be shipped out. Note that the processing time should be added to the shipping time of the shipping option you chose to get your estimated delivery date.
If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot change your address or intercept your shipment. But if it has not yet been processed, please shoot us a message at hello@wontoninamillion.com with your new address and order number!
If you purchased shipping with tracking, you may track your order via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email! If you didn't receive a shipping confirmation email by the end of the estimated processing time in your order email, please email us at hello@wontoninamillion.com with your order number and we will look into it for you!
After your order has been marked as shipped, please allow 2-15 business days for it to arrive if you are based in the United States, and up to 6 weeks for it to arrive if you are outside of the U.S. You may track your order using the tracking number in your email if you purchased shipping with tracking. If your order has not arrived by the end of these time periods, please contact us and we will make sure you get your order!
Yes, you will have to pay VAT on your order at checkout!
ORDER ISSUES
Oh no! We're so sorry about that! Please shoot us a message at hello@wontoninamillion.com with your order number and missing item. We'll get your missing item(s) sent out to you right away!
I'm so sorry your order is lost! We ask that you wait 4 weeks in the U.S. and 8 weeks outside of the U.S. until a package is declared lost. After that time, please contact us at hello@wontoninamillion.com and we'll make sure you get your package!
Sometimes shipping couriers will mark a package as delivered 1-2 days before the package is actually delivered. If, after 1-2 days, you still have not received your package, the first step will be to check with your neighbors or your building to see if anyone else accidentally received your package. If you are still unable to find it, please contact us at hello@wontoninamillion.com. We do our absolute best to make sure every customer gets what she ordered!
SHIPPING
If you order only flat items (stickers and cards), you have the option to select flat rate shipping (letter mail) starting at $1.50USD in the U.S. and $2.50USD internationally. NOTE: This option does not come with tracking.
For orders with bulky items (washi, pins, keychains, anything that is not flat), shipping will be automatically calculated based on the weight of your order and start around $3USD for domestic U.S. shipping and $9USD for international shipping! The best way to get an estimate of shipping is to add the items you'd like to cart and go through check out.

Yes - we ship worldwide, including to the UK, Australia, and the EU!

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Yes! If your order has not shipped yet, you may cancel your order by emailing us at hello@wontoninamillion.com with your order number. There is a 3% processing fee withheld (this is the payment processing fee that does not get refunded to us by our payment processors). If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for shipping your order back to us. We can provide a shipping label that will be deducted from your refund, or you are welcome to use your own preferred shipping method!
Yes! If your order has not shipped yet, you may get a refund on specific items or your whole order (minus the 3% payment processing fee) by emailing us at hello@wontoninamillion.com with your order number. If your order has already shipped, we can still provide a refund! You will just be responsible for shipping the refunded item(s) back to us.
